Registration

After placing your order, we will process it and send you, within the next few days, an email with the details of your registration and payment details. Payment in cash is not possible (only bank transfer is allowed). You can deposit the registration fee amount (free of charge) to the account indicated in the confirmation email.

Conference registration fee

• Early registration fee: 15€ (once completed the registration form the organization will contact the participants)
• Retired fellows or participants from developing countries: free access.

Registration fee includes:

• Free access to Keynote presentations, Scientific Course and students presentations.
• Certificate of attendance/participation.

Cancellations will not be refunded.

Transfer of registration

Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to iwsm2020@bcamath.org prior to the conference.
