We have detected scam activity of a company trying to sell accommodation services to the speakers of some of our conferences. Apparently, they have been collecting information on the speakers from the preliminary lists that were made public on our websites. The only public details were the name of the speakers and their affiliation. We ask the participants to report any similar cases to the organisers of the conference.
From the emails received, we have identified this company as responsible for the scam:

We remind the participants that the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics and INRIA are the only organisers of this event, and all correspondence with the participants is only through their official email addresses.
