IWSM 2020: Registration

Registration for IWSM 2020 is possible through the registration form:

After placing your order, we will process it and send you, within the next few days, an email with the details of your registration and payment details. Payment in cash is not possible (only bank transfer is allowed). You can deposit the registration fee amount (free of charge) to the account indicated in the confirmation email.

Conference registration fee

  • Early registration until: April 30, 2020
  • Late registration from: May 1, 2020


  • Full fee (early/late): 425 EUR / 525 EUR
  • Student/retired fellows with journal (early/late): 325 EUR / 425 EUR
  • Student/retired fellows without journal (early/late): 260 EUR / 360 EUR

Registration fee includes
  • A printed copy of IWSM 2020 Proceedings (Volume I)
  • Conference welcome pack
  • Welcome reception on Monday, July 20, 2020
  • Lunch vouchers (from Monday to Friday)


Supplements

  • Short course (incl. lunch), Sunday July 19, 2020:
    • 100 EUR
  • Excursions Wednesday July 22, 2020 (See here for information on the excursions):
    • Basque Coast tour (incl. dinner): 65 EUR
    • Bilbao Walking Tour (incl. dinner): 40 EUR

    • Please note that both proceedings volumes will be made available electronically free of charge to the conference participants.


Registration conditions

Cancellation statement
Cancellations received in writing at iwsm2020@bcamath.org by June 1, 2020 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an administrative fee of 100 EUR. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Transfer of registration
Transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to iwsm2020@bcamath.org prior to the conference. Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.

Social events conditions
Cancellations received in writing at iwsm2020@bcamath.org by June 1, 2020 will be accepted and all costs refunded. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.
