Reservations have to be made by email or on the phone, using the reference SIAM-BCAM, in order to get the agreed special rates. These special rates won't apply for online bookings. Please, bear in mind that only a limited amount of rooms are available at these special rates. There are several other options in the area, but since Bilbao is a very touristic city and many other events will take place here in May, we urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible.

Apparently, they have been collecting information on the speakers from the preliminary list that was made public on this web site.
